Usability Study: Sample Cleveland Clinic Web Usability Case Study - Step 1 In this section we introduce the project and how the first step of a complicated project such as the Cleveland Clinic web redesign, was to provide a quick interim solution. Due to the age and size of the existing site, the branding and overall marketing message was inconsistent with current Cleveland Clinic Initiatives. Delivering an inconsistent message across the web, can make the user question the validity of an organization. MK2's first step was to deliver a quick rebranding initiative across all Cleveland Clinic Web sites providing consistency as well as delivering the new branding message of Patients First.
