Usability Study: Sample Cleveland Clinic Web Usability Case Study - Step 3 The final phase of this solution was to conclude with a user interface that completes various tasks. It must convey the message to the user that the organization is familiar, competent and trustworthy. This is done by providing a consistent marketing and graphical branding message across the entire Cleveland Clinic site as well as marketing material. The success of the site, however, relies on the ability of the user to find the information, or complete the task he/she is looking for. This improved navigation was carried over from the finalized wireframes, additional navigational elements as well as graphic enhancements were added, creating a complete polished look and feel which meets the goals of the organization as well as the user.
