Supplier Diversity

At MK2 Technologies, we support the development and enhancement of supplier diversity. One way MK2 will ensure that we meet this objective is by utilizing a diverse range of suppliers, including minority and women-owned businesses. Our focus is based on the belief that increased economic vitality among minority and women-owned businesses contributes positively toward stronger communities and provides high quality, cost-competitive services to MK2's clients.

Supplier diversity has the full support of MK2 Technologies' management team. We are committed to ensuring that MK2's Supplier Diversity Program creates new business opportunities for qualified minority and women-owned businesses in the areas where we operate.

The development and enhancement of strategic alliances with predominantly minority-based businesses is an important part of MK2's business goals and objectives. As part of MK2's strategy to grow and expand business, it will look to Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBEs), Historically Under-Utilized Businesses (HUBs), and Small and Disadvantages Businesses (SDBs) as a value-added strategy that can create a competitive advantage and mutually beneficial business opportunities. MK2 seeks to obtain goods and services that enhance the quality of its products, keep total costs to a minimum, and increase shareholder value through its procurement process. Opportunities will be afforded to diversity-based businesses to participate with MK2 as suppliers, contractors and subcontractors of services.

In developing and maintaining its business relationships with minority-based businesses, MK2 will comply with applicable regulatory agency requirements as well as with federal, state and local procurement regulations and programs.

Our Mission in Supplier Diversity
MK2 Technologies is committed to enhancing and assisting minority-based businesses in their growth and development on a long-term basis. As a result of our flexible business model, MK2 has the ability to place the candidate who meets both skill set and diversity requirements.
